After completing military service in 1976, Don began Weld Tech Consultants a manufacturing company specializing in oil exploration equipment. In 1987 Don took a position with NR industries as large tooling department head. In 1999 Don went to Suzhou, China as startup Tooling department head for Yong-Ru Plastics. After setting up and training personnel to meet international Quality standards, stayed in China as a consultant to for several Domestic and foreign owned companies.

Norm

After graduating with an engineering degree from Kansas state University in 1961 Norm first worked for Allis Chalmers then taking a position with DuPont at Topeka Kansas, where he first led a Maintenance crew then later worked in sales. Then in 1972 Norm bought Kipp Roberts machine works in Miami Okla. Later, renaming the company “NR Industries”. The bread and butter of this company was building and maintaining Tooling for the Tire and Rubber industry. In addition to this NR did several types of Prototype and NPD work for several different industries including oil and gas production/exploration, conveyors, assemblies.

Graduated from colleague in 1995 with foreign trade major, worked in Import and Export company for 3 years, and later entered into the global IT and electronics manufacturing industrial, called EMS. Got MBA degree in 2004 from The Sunshine Coast University of Australia. Worked as the position of supply chain manager since 2001 in North American top tier companies, like Solectron, Celestica and Lucent, strong expertise on supply chain management, logistics, material cost control , local sourcing, supplier management and commodity trade.
