After completing military service in 1976, Don began Weld Tech
Consultants a manufacturing company specializing in oil exploration
equipment. In 1987 Don took a position with NR industries as large
tooling department head. In 1999 Don went to Suzhou, China as startup
Tooling department head for Yong-Ru Plastics. After setting up and
training personnel to meet international Quality standards, stayed in
China as a consultant to for several Domestic and foreign owned
companies.

Graduated from colleague in 1995 with foreign trade major,
worked in Import and Export company for 3 years, and later entered into
the global IT and electronics manufacturing industrial, called EMS. Got
MBA degree in 2004 from The Sunshine Coast University of Australia. Worked as the position
of supply chain manager since 2001 in North American
top tier companies, like Solectron, Celestica and Lucent, strong
expertise on supply chain management, logistics, material cost control
, local sourcing, supplier management and commodity trade.
